You only have to look at this edition of integrated to see the wide variety of topics being discussed. Discussions as to how we can improve natural catastrophe claims handling and increase the speed of the information flow once a loss occurs (Page 6) and consideration of claims handling in the event of damage to ship-to-shore container cranes (page 10) to name just two. I particularly like the technical aspect of the article on page 18 about fire damage assessment for the refining and process industries.
