Integra has undergone an exciting rebrand and a permanent overhaul of our claim handling procedure with the successful application of IRIS (Integra’s Remote Inspection Solution). IRIS has been successfully utilised on 25 projects globally. Our initial predictions as to the improvements/efficiencies of the claims handling process have been vindicated by the positive feedback received from our clients.
